PROCEDURE FOR REPAIRS 
For any repairs, kindly mail us at heer.houseofjewellery@gmail.com or call us on +91 9990776622 / 8403005056 (Monday to Saturday 11 am to 8 pm IST).

• Somebody from our team will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.
• Please do not ship any product without corresponding with our representative.
• All repair products must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
• All products must be shipped back to Heer- House Of Jewellery in its original packaging.
• Our brand will not be responsible for any lost or damaged product (if any) after they get shipped back to us.
• All shipping costs related to the repair or exchange will be borne by the customer.
• All repairs can be undertaken with a cost subject to repair.
