2. PROCEDURE FOR REPAIRS

- Somebody from our team will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.
- Please do not ship any product without corresponding with our representative.
- All repair products must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
- All products must be shipped back to Heer-House of jewellery in its original packaging.
- Our brand will not be responsible for any lost or damaged product (if any) after they get shipped back to us.
- All shipping costs related to the repair will be borne by the customer.
- All repairs can be undertaken with a cost subject to repair.
