Returns & Exchange

All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans, hence they might have slight irregularities which only add to their beauty. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR REFUND REQUESTS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED.

NOTE: 

• We accept exchanges ONLY if the product(s) delivered is different from the original order or if they arrived damaged or broken. 
• The exchange process may take up to 2 weeks as the product(s) will be delivered to us, undergo a quality check and then re-shipped from our end.
• Exchange request will only be entertained within 48 hours of the product delivery. 

Post 2 days, no requests for exchange will be entertained.
