Returns & Exchange

All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans, hence they might have slight irregularities which only add to their beauty. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR REFUND REQUESTS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED.

 WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE AND CREDIT NOTES (VALID FOR 3 MONTHS)

NOTE:

• Customised orders and items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
• The product(s) must be unused & in the original packaging to be eligible for exchange.  
• We accept exchanges ONLY if the product(s) delivered is different from the original order or if they arrived damaged or broken. 
• The exchange process may take up to 2 weeks as the product(s) will be delivered to us, undergo a quality check and then re-shipped from our end. 
• Customer(s) need to bear the shipping cost incase they wish to exchange the product(s) out of their choice & not because the product(s) has arrived broken.

In such cases, customers need to initiate exchanges within 24-48 hours of delivery. 

Post 2 days, no requests for exchange will be entertained.
