Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
All the ‘in-stock’ products will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days and will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES:
*Within India:
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2000/- pan India.
*Other countries:
We offer free shipping on all international orders over $200 (or equivalent currency).
A standard shipping charge of $34 (or equivalent currency) will be charged on orders below $200.
3. DELIVERY METHOD:
To ensure safe and timely delivery of our products, we use reputed and reliable courier services such as BLUE DART/DTDC/DELHIVERY/DHL/FEDEX (for India as well as abroad). We will mail & whatsapp you the tracking details as soon as your product is shipped. Deliveries will take place only from Monday to Saturday. Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on National Holidays as well as on sundays.
4. SHIPPING ERRORS:
In any unlikely event that we process your order incorrectly or send you a defective product, we will gladly replace it for you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
5. PACKAGING:
We individually wrap each product that you place an order for in proper cushioning along with a fabric pouch.

7. CARE INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCT:
*All HEER jewellery is handcrafted by expert craftsmen.
*To avoid tarnishing, store the jewellery in the plastic zip-lock bag provided by us. *Always remember to seal the zip lock bag completely and properly with the inside air removed, to create a vacuum pack effect.
*Do not store the jewellery in tissue paper and cloth or leather pouches.
*Always remember to remove all your jewellery before taking a shower or going for a swim.
*Do not use any liquid cleaners, soap, detergents or toothpaste to clean the jewellery.
*When getting dressed, always wear the jewellery last to avoid any contact with cream, cosmetics, nail polish remover, perfume, hair spray or water. Make sure your jewellery is not in constant contact with a hard or rough surface to avoid scratches.
*All jewellery should be stored in a clean dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.
8. PROCEDURE FOR REPAIRS:
*For any repairs, kindly mail us at heer.houseofjewellery@gmail.com or call us on +91 9818965587 (Monday to Saturday 11 am to 8 pm IST).
Somebody from our team will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.
*Please do not ship any product without corresponding with our representative.
*All repair products must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
*All products must be shipped back to Heer- House of jewellery in its original packaging.
*Our brand will not be responsible for any lost or damaged product (if any) after hey get shipped back to us.
*All shipping costs related to the repair will be borne by the customer.
*All repairs can be undertaken with a cost subject to repair.
